Cookies and storage

1. Cookies

The site sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie belongs to our team's admin login.

2. Local storage

The side menu keeps two values in your browser's local storage. The first, onme.notch.width, is how wide you last pulled it open, so it opens the same way next time. The second, onme.peek, records that the menu has shown you its first-visit hint, so the hint plays once.

Clearing your browser's site data removes both.

3. Session storage

The home page keeps two values in your browser's session storage. The first, onme-logo-played, records that the logo motion has played, so the motion plays once per visit and not on every return to the home page.

The second, onme-ridge-played, records that the landscape has played once in this tab, so later views of the home page show the still frame. It holds nothing about you. Closing the tab removes both.

4. Third-party scripts

The site loads no third-party script before you interact with it.
