How we use what you send

Draft. Our counsel is reviewing this page, and the wording will change.
1. What the form stores
Your answers, your email and who can sign, plus a keyed hash of your IP address that only limits repeated submissions.
2. Get in touch
A Get in touch request keeps your name, email, what you wrote and where you found us, for 12 months. Only our team can see it.
3. Why
To show you your result, and to set up a call when your answers fit. Automatic emails go only to people whose answers fit.
4. Who can see it, and for how long
Only our team, behind a login. Submissions whose answers did not fit are kept 12 months from your last activity, others 24 months; our counsel is reviewing both periods.
5. Removal
We can delete a submission and its history when you ask. Ask through Get in touch, and say what you want removed or sent to you.
6. Counting visits
We count page opens, how often the For labs and For athletes and teams questions are opened, and sent forms, by day, in our own database. The counts hold no name, email or IP address, and counting sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. We keep the counts for 13 months.
When you send your answers to those questions, we keep two more things with them: the page where you arrived on this site, and the campaign tags (source, medium and campaign) of the link that brought you, if it had any.
