1. What we collect

Your answers to the questions in our forms, your email and who can sign.

If you use Get in touch: your first and last name, your email, what you write about your project and where you found us. Only our team can see it.

A keyed hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions. We do not store the address itself.

We no longer run a notify list for a version outside sport. If you joined it, we keep only your email, and you can ask us to delete it.

2. Why we collect it

To work out whether your answers fit, to show you your result, and to set up a call when they do.

3. Emails

Automatic emails go only to people whose answers fit. They carry no tracking pixels and no tracked links.

4. Where it is kept and who processes it

Submissions are stored in a Postgres database run by Neon, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Only our team can see submissions, behind a login.

When we switch it on, Resend sends our emails. We will list any new provider here before we use it.

5. Advertising and analytics

The site loads no third-party script before you interact with it, and we do not send what you enter to advertising or analytics companies.

6. Counting visits

We count page opens, how often the For labs and For athletes and teams questions are opened, and sent forms, by day, in our own database. The counts hold no name, email or IP address, and counting sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. We keep the counts for 13 months.

When you send your answers to those questions, we keep two more things with them: the page where you arrived on this site, and the campaign tags (source, medium and campaign) of the link that brought you, if it had any.

7. How long we keep it

Submissions whose answers did not fit: 12 months from your last activity. Others: 24 months from your last activity. Get in touch requests: 12 months. These periods are working values that our counsel is reviewing.

8. People on camera

Before footage reaches a lab, we blur the faces of people who have not signed consent and of anyone under 18. We keep the faces of adult athletes who have signed consent.

We remove audio unless the team and the athletes on camera agree to keep it.

Anyone who appears in footage can ask us, through Get in touch, to be removed from future deliveries.

Our forms are for people 18 and over; footage of anyone under 18 comes only through a club, with a parent or guardian's consent.

9. Your requests

You can ask to see or delete what we hold about you. Ask through Get in touch, and say what you want removed or sent to you.
