Footage from race teams.
Onboard video, test days, workshop recordings and video stored with the car's logged channels.
Footage we ask about
- Onboard video from race meetings
- Extra cameras the team adds beyond the series' own
- Data-logger video, with the car's channels
- Video from private test days
- Workshop and set-up work
- Simulator sessions
What we ask for first
- The sporting regulations of each championship you race in, this season and last. In some series the regulations reserve onboard footage from race meetings for the championship organiser.
- Your private test days last year, and the circuit for each. Circuit terms can limit filming, and some circuits ban helmet cameras on track days.
- Which loggers and cameras you run, and whether you keep video and channels together. In some series the regulations fix the logger, so every car records the same channels.
- Whether any of your drivers is under 18.
Nothing moves until we have gone through these with you.
